Our services are free of charge—all of them.
2. What areas do you work in?
New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. If you are not in these states, don’t worry, contact us and we’ll strive to make an exception for you.
3. What are your hours of operation?
We at Ally Homes are not bound by the 9:00am-6:00pm timeframe. We are available to answer your concerns at all times of the day and night including weekends. If you catch our voicemail, expect to receive a response within 24 hours.
4. Are there restrictions to who you will help?
No, we are happy to help everyone who needs it. However, we will not work with those who are rude, uncooperative, and not open to innovative ideas.
5. Will filing bankruptcy stop my foreclosure?
Yes, but only temporary for several months. After that, if you do not address the foreclosure, you will end up with both a bankruptcy and a foreclosure on your credit report.
6. Can I do my own Short Sale?
Not likely. You’re the one that signed the note stating that you’re going to pay the amount owed in full. Now you are in default of that agreement and it is not likely the bank will alter the agreement with you by forgiving any debt. In addition, you would also need an offer on your property to start a Short Sale.
